64fa328f65 Move all winding related code to PathItem.Boolean and introduce __options.booleanOperations switch. 
Fall back to __options.nativeContains if __options.booleanOperations is not included.

  Store data in _data rather than on the image itself.

  Update straps.js to version 1.1.0
  Rename options.server to options.node
  Remove all create() constructors for basic types since new constructors are now faster.

381ee98cbc Updated boolean operation methods. 
The algorithm is based on paperjs' native segment and curve objects
rather than the generic Node and Link objects.
Also this is much smaller and faster! :)
