Use lower tolerance in bezier clipping code.

This really should be Numerical.CURVETIME_EPSILON, but I get better results using Numerical.GEOMETRIC_EPSILON. Perhaps Numerical.CURVETIME_EPSILON / 2 is the right value to use though.
