e3518c29b1 Fix issue where adding the children of one group to another using Item#insertChildren / Item#addChildren does not work. 
This fixes #119. To avoid duplication I chose to call
Item#insertChildren from Item#addChildren.

87981efeb5 Massive refactoring of transform() / getBounds() code: getBounds() / getStrokeBounds() now supports an optional Matrix parameter which is used to on the fly transform all coordinates and stroke definitions before bounds are calculated.
