45afed8720 FIX: Chrome has a bug where if you request the same URL with a different 
MIME type, then leave and hit the back button, you'll get the last MIME
type requested instead of HTML. This fixes it.

a524194a46 FIX: Bugged up Components vs. Views. My original error was using

a9d34c3589 Fix Post-rendering bug 
Ember.Handlebars.normalizePath was being called with an object as
argument which caused it to error out.
also wrapped the return in a SafeString, so the html will not get
escaped again.

40f86829f7 Post Cloaking: 
* We now use a new custom view, {{cloaked-collection}} to display posts in a topic.

* Posts are removed and inserted (cloaked/uncloaked) into the DOM dynamically based on whether they
  are visible in the current browser viewport.

* There's been a lot of refactoring to ensure the relationship between the post views and the topic
  controller is sane.

* Lots of fixes involving jumping to a post, including a new LockOn component to that tries to stay
  focused on an element even if stuff is loading before it in the DOM that would normally push it
  down.

Inserted  if (url.indexOf(u) != -1) return url; in getURL function because of bug in subdirectory install on some urls doubles relative url prefix, for example /forum/forum/latest.json. With this fix it works fine.

279b1fbf48 Better padding for spoiler text 
With no padding currently surrounding [spoiler] text, the white text
gets close enough to the white post background that it's a bit more
difficult to read than it reasonably could be. Pad spoiler text with 2px
to alleviate this difficulty.

5f8a130277 Add BlockedEmail, to block signups based on email. Track stats of how many times each email address is blocked, and last time it was blocked. f26b479458 FIX: History modal having custom (old) setting of min height and width. 
It is functional, but it no longer resizes down. I would look at making this fluid or having a style for mobile.

d4ef582f94 Correct caption of 'Make Visible' button 
The variable 'visible' is also used for toggling the admin menu visibility,
so it is always true when the visibility toggle is shown. Hence, it's caption
is always 'Make Invisible', even when the topic already is invisible.

d5285e2d93 Add :title as attribute for basic_topic 
When we update the <title> after editing a topic, we should use the raw
`topic.title` as `topic.fancy_title` may contains some htmlentities and
will be displayed as is in the browser tab.

This fix the following issue:

didInsertElement takes care of the scrolling, ignore analysing anything about that post until its properly inserted

We are now explicitly whitelisting all parameters for Post creation. A nice side-effect is that it cleans up the #create action in PostsController. We can now trust that all parameters entering PostCreator are of a safe scalar type.

d23ef1d090 FIX: You could update a topic to have a title that's too short if the TextCleaner 
removed extra characters. Additionally, updating the title will not return an error
message to the client app if the operation fails (rather than failing silently.)

560fb15d8a Include pinned topics in category list. 
- removes an (n+1) query for user data
- supports the preload store for the data to avoid a second request
- fix a bug where uncategorizes was reporting (0, 0, 0) for topics by week, month, year
