Chris Garrity 1e47a4ccef Clean up gitignores 
having multiple gitignore files at many levels is confusing and leads to files being check in that shouldn’t be.

Created a new .git ignore using gitignore.io, with xcode, objective-c, android, androidstudio and java as the settings for the root directory.

Removed all other .gitignore files.
