Handle new people sprites
* change the palette in the Paint editor to have more skin tones (6) * Add new assets to the localizations for later translation * Add handling for a new section of the Media json for legacy sprites. Existing projects may use current library sprites, so they need to be in the app media keys even if they are no longer displayed in the library by default.
