It wasn't being used by the tests or the playground and it is not an issue with actual project serialization. Michael "Z" Goddard	20ff75b776	fix: initialize stack frame params for all procedures ... A previous change fixed compatibility with Scratch 2 removing 3's unintentional scope leaking.
