<p>A HitResult object contains information about the results of a hit test. It is returned by <a href="../classes/Item.html#hittest-point"><tt>item.hitTest(point)</tt></a> and <a href="../classes/Project.html#hittest-point"><tt>project.hitTest(point)</tt></a>.</p>
