Sync client.de.yml between transifex and github.
...
Every string was checked for the most up-to-date version.
While merging both versions, transifex was used as reference for
newlines and deleted/missing translations.

- load plugins when on desktop and plugins_mobile when on mobile

BUGFIX: Correct after_fork semantics
