Pushing data to Git repositories isn't really specific to Forgejo per-se. Anyway I'm not sure if logs need to be version-managed, so maybe force pushes should be used? I dunno just an idea.

Actually, you're not entitled to anything, and so there are cases where you'll just need to implement things on your own. Asking people to do things for you won't always work at all.
