In 2020, we developed a new, more intuitive interface to help Scratchers flag inappropriate content, and improved the tools used by our community moderation team. As a result, we received higher quality reports from the community, and our community moderators were able to work more quickly and efficiently—keeping the site safer and friendlier for everyone.",
