A few changes since the last announcement:
- Kaboom is now hosted on Hetzner's Intel servers with 4GB of RAM instead of 2GB
- Kaboom has been updated to Paper 1.21.4 and Java 21
- The vanilla Minecraft teleport command has been enabled again
- Various fixes and cleanups for plugins
