Fix Annotations and LegoAnimActor class structure. (#710)
* Fix size annotations for legoomni
Fix structure and add placeholder annotations for LegoAnimActor and subclasses

* Fix LegoCarRaceActor constructor
Fix function name in LegoRaceCar
