Bootstrap MxCompositePresenter ()

* Bootstrap MxCompositePresenter

* Remove MxUnkList

* Use TickleState_Idle

* Add all annotations

* Add vtable

* Add Notify

* Update mxcompositepresenter.h

* Remove extra TEMPLATE

* Update mxcompositepresenter.cpp
