93f5f98b58 Corrected and added appropriate specs to confirm correct behaviour. 
Tests ensure that the site name is used for public replies and the username is used for private replies.

This introduces a new model to store the avatars and 3 uploads per user (gravatar, system and custom)

user can then pick which they want.
