Add sample Capistrano deployment files Add the following sample Capistrano configuration files to ease deployment to a VPS using Capistrano: * `config/deploy.rb.sample` * `config/thin.yml.sample` * `Capfile.sample` The sample Capfile will additionally load any recipes provided by Discourse plugins.
