Fixed #1076 , and all other instances of empty objects being stripped out of documents. Turns out mongoose was doing this intentionally as a feature? I don't understand why that's on by default. Oh mongoose.

- move and rename files
- use associative arrays which store handlers for 'dynamically'
load module from de db route
- store models_path in test/server/common,
a global model variable has the same name that the filename of the model
