Added 6 new tips for the loading screen

Added the following tips:

1) play_level.tip_control_destiny
2) play_level.tip_no_code
3) play_level.tip_code_never_lies
4) play_level.tip_reusable_software
5) play_level.tip_optimization_operator
6) play_level.tip_lines_of_code
