Directly use the UTF-8 encoding of the 'NO-BREAK SPACE' (U+00A0)
instead of the HTML/XML entitiy  .

6bdb0c68c9 .eslintrc.json: Add "mw" to globals

1cb028d6e4 Configure phan-taint-check-plugin 
The plugin checks and flags potential security issues (XSS, SQLi, etc.)
using static analysis.

406adb14f2 Set mobile width cutoff to 550px 
Should avoid more of the issues with unwanted appearance of mobile
layouts. Cutoff results in layout switch when sidebar becomes ~a
third of the total window width.
