2eae9b05ce Use .mw-body instead of div#content 
* Renames the classes being applied to div#content and div#bodyContent
  to match that of Vector.

0f29c901db Add .gitignore 
Used a copy of .gitignore of mediawiki/core and removed some lines,
because in this extension not all the folders which are in core.
