Also move this height to a common Less variable to use in both places it's used. Isarra	57106ab179	Restructure files according to modern skin practices ... Also delete unused images, since even if something is somewhere using them anyway (looked, couldn't find anything), it wouldn't be able to find them in the new image location regardless.
