Fix error in example (#701) 
* Fix error in example

This fixes an error that occurs with the example echo client:
```TypeError [ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE]: The "string" argument must be of type string or an instance of Buffer or ArrayBuffer. Received an instance of Object```
This change might be needed in the server as well, but I didn't test that. Or maybe there's a better way to fix this

Follow the authentication spec more closely : use username sent by mojang. (#684) 
* Follow the authentication spec more closely.

Theoretically this shouldn't make much of a difference, but I did notice it when I was reading through the npm code.
We should trust the API, not our own understanding of the API, just for safety reasons.

* Keep comment together with relevant code.

* initialize yggdrasil with agent option if it exists

also removed useless typescript import and moved class fields from wrong class to the correct one

e36e8fe0d3 Add @waff/yggdrasil 
As the author of node-yggdrasil doesn't seem to accept new PRs, I've created a fork which fixes phin error (thanks to @rom1505) and adds more meaningful messages for a couple of CloudFlare errors as proposed in https://github.com/PrismarineJS/mineflayer/issues/880#issuecomment-549127642
