Oleksandr Nemesh	9362df6078	Implement "Report Issue" button (#634) ... Currently, "Report an Issue" button, which can be found in the `ModInfoPopup` if `mod.json` contains `issues` property, doesn't do anything useful except opening crashlog directory.
